Connor was baptized and confirmed a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints by his Dad on January 7, 2012. We are so proud of Connor and his decision to be baptized. Makayla sang a song she wrote titled, Fear Not Doubt Not. She did awesome, the spirit was so strong as she softly played the guitar and sang about our Savior. Gavin gave a talk about the holy ghost and brought the spirit to the meeting too. He did an awesome job also. How blessed Darren and I feel to have such great children who are willing to share their testimonies with others especially their little brother.

Connor and Mom. This little boy of mine (actually big boy) tugs at my heart strings daily. It is hard to see him growing up so fast. The two of us have been through so much together. He has been my little buddy, I miss him during the day while he is at school and worry about him constantly. I am so proud of all of his accomplishments, he has truly risen way beyond what we were told he would be able to do. He is a very determined boy and works so hard at all he does. I am so grateful for all Connor has taught me. Faith, prayer, love, patience, hope, endurance are just a few of the many things he has taught me. The day after his baptism we were at church and I went up to the podium to bare my testimony. Connor was sitting up on the stand by the bishopric so I sat next to him while I waited my turn. Connor turned to me and said mom are you going to cry during you talk. I smiled and then did as he knew I would cried all during my testimony. Connor you are awesome, I love you so much.

Grandpa and grandma K with Connor at his baptism. Connor had a ton of family come to his baptism. We are grateful for the support of our families on such a special day. Grandpa and Grandma Dibb were not able to be there in person because they are serving a mission in Bolivia. We felt their presence there and know they are where they are suppose to be right now. They are blessing the lives of so many in Bolivia and we are so proud of them.

Guess who is going to the super bowl? (8th grade super bowl)
Gavin is stoked his team won Lone Peak today in the freezing
snowy, windy cold weather. It was a great game, score was close
though out the whole game. Vikings were up by one starting the
2nd half. It stayed that way until there was  just a little over a
minute left in the 4th quarter and we scored a touchdown. We are so
proud of Gavin and all his hard work this year. Way to go #32 you
are AWESOME!!!! The top picture is Gavin recovering a fumble from
a kick off return that his teammate touched. The bottom picture was
not taken today. But is such a great touchdown catch of his.

          HALLOWEEN 2011
Carving our home grown pumpkins. The kids
had been begging us to carve pumpkins since
the second week in October. We knocked it out
October 30 so they would not rot before Halloween
night. We had a lot of fun messing around together.

Connor was a zombie football player for Halloween. He was
determined to wear an old mouth guard of Gavin's and ya
know that is what a Zombie would do. GROSS!!!

Hannah was a Doctor with her friend Kelsey. They were so cute.

Gavin and his buddy George last minute costumes.
UMMMM, no comment...
Kayla planking on the bug!
These teenagers have way too much fun.
Darren doesn't understand the fascination
with planking??? We do have a lot of fun
slug bugging each other though.

Connor took 2nd place in the passing competition for flag football
this year. His team went undefeated needless to say he had a really
good and fun year playing flag football!!

           FALL BREAK

We spent a day at Frightmares at Lagoon. Fun rides,
haunted houses, good ice cream, and fun family memories.

The next day we went to Park City for the night. Darren
and the boys woke up early to go hunting in kamas while
the girls slept in then attempted to go shopping. The outlets
were crazy busy and the only buck the guys saw was 50 yards
from our hotel room as they were leaving at 5:00 a.m. Kayla did
try on a lovely hat though!!! We had fun hanging out together..
